Take a Guess: What Beverages and Food are Taken under Microscope?
Are you excited to find out what your favorite beverages or food like under a microscope? Well, that’s now possible thanks to Lester Hutt and Karen Alpert – these creative minds work in the art of molecular photography and display pure real-life goodness much larger than life size! We can admit that this is one of the most interesting facets of microscopy as we can now see the molecules that make up our favorite food and drinks. Might seem easy, but it is not an easy task to perform. Beverage shots, for instance, are made by using a pipette of each particular drink and squeezing a drop onto a slide. Then the droplet should dry out and crystallize in an airtight container, which takes several weeks to complete. Now go ahead and get thrilled! You may take a guess at what you see below or sit back and contemplate these fabulously colored wonders magnified up to 1,000 times.
